1150 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bath centrally located just off the Mountain Road.
2-4 guests are optimum. Ideal for one or two couples; small families with well-behaved children.
The space
Totally remodeled, renovated, newly decorated and furnished including: new kitchen, living spaces, floors, rugs, carpets, bathroom, wall mounted swivel HDTV, Sonos sound system, private Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, bar fridge, lighting upgrades and much more. Our condo is all about quality living. elegant and efficient space use, super convenient location. We are a FULL OWNERSHIP townhouse (not quarter or weekly time-share unit).
Location:
The Village Green Townhouse Condominium Resort is located opposite Stoweflake Resort. Easy access to Stowe's Recreation Path - 10 miles of xc skiing, walking & biking with unspoiled views! 8 min. drive, park and ski or take the shuttle in-ski season: picks up at the Stoweflake Resort, a short walk up the street.
Unit guest parking is outside our front door. No stairs to climb for loading and unloading groceries or gear.
Village Green amenities on-site include: indoor pool and hot tub, sauna and game room including pool table, video games, air hockey and ping pong table. Tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor pool in-summer season.
Restaurants , shops and bars within walking distance include: Commodities Natural Food Market, Idletyme Brewing Company, Piecasso, bowling and more!. A short drive will take you to The Bench, American Flatbread, Doc Ponds, Trapp Family Brewery, Heartland Bakery and many other great cafes and restaurants.
The following shops short drive or easy walk/bike path distance: Green Envy Boutique, Stowe Living, The Butchery (fresh meats, seafood & prepared foods) , Stowe Beverage (liquor store), Stowe Wine & Cheese, Edelweiss Mountain Deli, Stowe Farmers Market (Sundays late spring to fall).
Please note: the owners enjoy this vacation home regularly with a beloved British Cream Golden Retriever named Schooner who sheds dog hair. Stunning Stowe Rental
We loved staying at Maryellen’s condo. It was conveniently located between the village of Stowe and the ski resort; along the town walking/ bike trail. The kitchen was very well equipped including a number of staples. There were a generous number of towels & bath supplies. The home is beautifully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the gas stove. It was definitely a favorite stay!

Very Nice
Very nice property with tasteful decor. It is a little hard to find the unit after dark. The amenities are great. Perfect location for accessing lots of things. We have already recommended it to friends.

Stowe Family Getaway
We had a great stay in Stowe and loved the rental property. It is very close to the rec path which we loved the convenience of, being able to walk to multiple restaurants. Having two bedrooms and bathrooms was great and the living areas downstairs are very spacious to unpack. The rooms are a little too small for suitcases.
Their are portable air conditioning units in each bedroom and downstairs. They are a bit loud but the biggest downside to them is that they do not allow the curtains to close all the way. This is really only a burden in the second bedroom (queen bed) as the curtains have to stay up almost a third of the way and keep the room very bright. We were lucky enough to have brought a black out shade for our daughter.
As a final note on the pool, it is very, very cold! Both the indoor and outdoor pools were too cold for us. Our daughter lasted 5 minutes before shivering. The property also does not provide pool towels so unfortunately we packed ours and brought them up for nothing. Instead, we went to The Lodge at Spruce Peak to utilize their outdoor heated pool and they provide towels which was great.
Overall we highly recommend the stay and very much look forward to coming back! Everyone was very friendly, the townhome is safe and secure and very clean. We loved it!

We spent a week at Stowe during the Fourth of July. The festivities in Stowe are great, and the unit was nicely updated, clean, and well-kept. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated during the unusually hot weather! We had a great time.
