The entrance is in the sideway of the fence, somewhat challenging to find. But so far so good.

Staff hate visitors!!! They could've asked me to leave

The location is far of the center but I guess it’s fine due to the price. The real problem is the bathroom, it is very small. I am a short person and still had a lot of problems showering, I can’t imagine someone who is actually tall

This hotel location was very clean calming area but 11 minutes far from the centre by train,the staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean with good breakfast in the morning,but the only problem I really didn't like it was the toilet,the toilet was extremely small, very very small that we couldn't take shower at all because the water was getting outside of the toilet to the sleeping room,I wish if we had good toilet to feel comfortable in the place, otherwise it was really good experience as it was first time to Straßburg,we really love the city and we enjoyed alot. Thanks alot to the trip.com

Good experience due to amount of payment,location was good and the room was clean,just there wasn’t shampoo and towel in the bathroom.

Établissement disposant d'un parking privé. Situé à proximité de la station de Tramway POTERIE, ligne D et du centre commercial Auchan (prendre à gauche en sortant de l'hôtel, puis, franchir le rond-point et continuer tout droit. Accessible à pied). Le petit déjeuner est bon. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et calme. Le personnel est sympa.

Bien mais mal insonorisé. Tout était propre à l'intérieur mais il était compliquer de faire fonctionner la télé

酒店前台的服務人員態度非常好，房間的暖氣也非常足，不用擔心着涼。 但是房間的設施較差，缺少毛巾以及牙刷牙膏，導致我們沒有辦法洗漱。

Ich wartete fast eine halbe Stunde,um das Zimmer zu übergeben,das Zimmer war sehr kalt.

L'hôtel est conforme aux attentes. Simple et plutôt propre. Parfait pour une nuit. Par contre, la douche est peu juste avec un rideau de douche trop près des toilettes, et le parking payant (4 euros) ! Dommage !
