Thank you to the staff in the restaurant as they accommodated our request with our food. Comfy bed. Enjoyed relaxing time in the pool. The lady who checked us in Polina was lovely and nice.

Good location for visiting the area and the theatre. The hotel has good facilities and I stay about three times a year, always enjoy the experience.

Wonderful ambience, staff very cooperative, beautiful rooms. I had requested for a room with good view and was happy to get that.

The location is the best but the room is a bit small. You can walk to the museum and other many tourist area.

My son and his girlfriend had a fab time after my recommendation loved breakfast and lounge access

Altogether very satisfactory, lovely position for accessing both town and theatre. Excellent food from the bar menu and a very comfortable stay.

Great hotel in a great location

We had an amazing stay. Hotel was perfectly situated for our weekend.

Bed was very old and small and incredibly uncomfortable room 2007 Air conditioning (which didn’t appear to be air conditioning) was very loud and useless, room was so hot and stuffy- as was the hotel, especially this side of the building. Table fan provided which helped cool the room slightly. TV kept turning its self on throughout the night. Only English tea- no earl grey. Shower was a dribble of water. No room service after 9:30 which was very disappointing and no suggestions of where we could order food from elsewhere. Bar shut and no drinks for guests. The room was a long way from reception and lift. Good points- public areas are lovely, garden really pretty and plenty of space. Room sizes are very big, shame about tiny TV and bed

廁所有一陣臭味 Wi-Fi上網非常之差 根本用唔到 房間大小還好 酒店員工服務一般般 停車場夠大都好多位 電視機都幾大 浴缸很細

1、酒店在小鎮邊上，走路去主要景點都很近，有很大的停車場，非常方便，住店客人收付10英鎊24小時。 2、酒店保持了皇冠假日的一貫水準，服務標準化，不過因為每層樓房間很多，有的房間可能走的要很遠。
