Manchester Trafford Centre Nth

To be clear, the staff at this hotel were polite and quick to serve. So the rating is in no way a reflection of the service. However the hotel itself including the rooms and facilities are simply poor and not up to the level of even a premier inn expectation. Entire hotel has no air conditioning which in the time visited is a big issue. All dispensers for soap and conditioner etc were empty in the bathroom and the shower tap doesn’t work at all unless screwed back on! Various broken elements of furniture and fixtures within the rooms and simply not up to cleanliness standards. Location is excellent opposite the Trafford centre so I understand the appeal for shoppers but it was a genuinely poor experience even at the 105 per night price tag we paid.

Easy to park and find the hotel. Received a warm friendly greeting at reception and was dealt with efficiently. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the TV guide didn’t work and I was better off using no WiFi on my phone as things took longer to load using the premier inn wifi. And also it’s not very soundproof and could hear every door closing through the night. The breakfast was good and made to order. Had no problems at all. Great location right next to the Trafford Centre but no road crossing for pedestrians from the hotel to the Trafford Centre.

Hotel has friendly staff and is a great location near Trafford Centre across the road. Clean, comfy hotel with a lively restaurant next door showing all the big games, perfect for football fans or anyone wanting good food and atmosphere nearby.
