Manchester Salford Quays

I don’t normally bother with reviews, but the guy at reception, I believe his name was Ahad, was spot on. Proper friendly and even sorted me a room with a better view. Thought it was worth a mention! Room it self was quite nice and clean, breakfast was okay

Perfect place to stay. Amazing friendly and happy staff. Reception smells lovely with those burning sticks in the morning and very friendly smily faces to wake you up. I will defo comeback and recommend to friends. Thank you for such amazing stay.

Thought I was booking a premier room with a fridge to find that the hotel has no fridges in any of the rooms as stated on the website. Very rude housekeeping staff. No electric in the room when we arrived. A lot of noise coming from upstairs room but if you don’t complain to the reception staff it doesn’t count as they would have moved you if it was a problem. My question is how would they move us when they couldn’t move us with no electric. According to Mabs when I called customer services this does not count for a refund that I didn’t ask for!!!! Fire alarm testing that we were not informed of when we arrived. Don’t think I would stay there again. I would say the worst prem I have stayed in so far. Lovey reception staff though

Hotel was clean and cozy, staff was friendly and especially Katarina she was very helpful I struggled with the payment machine for my car. Must be getting old. Overall fantastic experience and definitely would come back with all the amenities being so close.

Stopped for one night and I was given a room on the first floor overlooking the carpark! The alternative was a quayside view ( which my colleague had). Room itself pretty standard but could do with a refresh. Towel rail was rusty and a credit card sized hole behind air conditioning control. Beefeater restaurant located next door was excellent and staff were brilliant. Restaurant itself located on first floor and overlooked the Quays. A little walk from the Premier Inn were a few bars offering drinks and coffee (11c). All in all a n average stay.

Good location for Coronation Street, The Lowry, IWM and places to eat. Disappointed that it did not have its own private carpark, and could imagine on match days parking spaces could be a problem. Breakfast was next door in the Beefeater and on our first morning our order of English Breakfast was taken at the table. The bacon had been cooked on a dirty girdle or similar as it was black and tastied awful. The next day the bacon was much better. For this reason, I prefer having a buffet style English breakfast so I can see and choose what I fancy. The other thing about the Beefeater which has been mentioned by others is the place is dirty. How management have not told someone to clean the doors to the toilets amazes me. They are filthy! All in all, this premier inn offers the usual standard you expect with comfortable bed, but The Beefeater let's it down!!!
