隔音設備很差，房間關門、樓道隔音效果不佳，服務員不足…導致給予的服務欠奉。純屬經濟型旅館，作為驛站考慮…可以合格。

I absolutely love Premier inn however, this one was a mess!!! I booked a Premier Plus room and when we got to the room there was no Nespresso or choccies. There was 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Went down to reception/bar and told the guy there and he gave me the 4 Nespresso pods but said there was a problem with delivery so they had no chocolate. Not a problem so high tailed it back to the room and then noticed the actual problem. The bed is what I can only describe as a double at best. The cleanliness was a disaster- see photos attached. Went to the bar, it was good and the staff were nice. We had prebooked the meal deal and the evening meal was disgusting, again see photos, the food was so "old" and burnt and beyond inedible. We would have e complained but only had the option when the waitress came to our table right at the end. The breakfast was the same, cold and very poor. I would have told 'reception' when we checked out however there is no one there, just a box to put your keys into. I did phone customer service and they gave me a £31 refund - what a bloody joke. This is why I won't stay at a Premier inn again. It's not the money, I don't want to pay for food that I can't eat or a dirty room - you judge for yourself what the hell these stains are.

The hotel room is pretty nice. The breakfast is amazing. Their are like plouise, Hard Rock Cafe and many more. The beds are very comfy.

We just went in for breakfast and it was lovley. Lucia made our visit great, she is great, very helpful and welcoming. This was our 1st visit

It's a premier inn, and you get what you paid for, so don't expect the nicest room, or the best decor, BUT... The staff were excellent, really whent out of their way to look after us, and to be honest I prefer a nice friendly place for a good price, and that's exactly what you get here.

Fairly big room, clean, big bed, relatively quiet but once again, despite checking in as a couple and my booking saying double room for 2 people, we still only had 1 set of towels. No, they weren't in the drawer/wardrobe/ under the bed/ bathroom etc as we looked and as there isn't a room phone, you can not call down to get some more delivered to your room. The chap on the desk said its the most common complaint. Surely it's not difficult to have the appropriate number of towels for the room. Also, people who have their t.v on so loud it can be heard rooms away, why???. Also at £105.00 per night ROOM ONLY, it's quite expensive considering the night before, we stayed at Chester in a spa hotel on dinner bed and breakfast for not too much more. Long gone are the days of £49.00 per room!!
