Jane on reception was very helpful informing me of where to eat and charge my car. I've never been to The Trafford centre before. I enjoyed the shopping and the food a lot. And being open until 10pm is very handy as I'd forgotten a phone charger and needed some new work wear

Really good customer service, was very polite and helpful. Jane the lady checking me and my work mate was very genuine and useful, had a few issues with accessing my wifi code she helped as soon as I’ve asked and when I accidentally locked myself out she was very nice and made me a. Replacement key straight away

Hotel is nice and updates . Rooms are nice and clean. Great stay , great staff .. especially Shawna who is very professional , friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel and would definitely recommend. Very Close to Trafford centre for a shopping trip.

Budget hotel. A you need is there. Minimum in room but enough for comfortable stay. Great service. Would book again. Super helpful was late check out i could request online instead of calling hotel. Amazing

Do not pay for breakfast, never anyone on reception to issue it, at 2 pm you key card needs resetting so if your out all day make sure your back before 10 so you can get into your room

This travelogue is Clean and comfortable. A close and easy distance from chill factory and Trafford centre. Lovely welcome from Aileen on reception who was very helpful and answered any queries we had. Would definitely use this travel lodge again.

Very nice! Kind service, thank you Jane! We arrived late in the evening. Check in was uncomplicated, rooms very comfortable, clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable, good mattress. Tea facility. Anything you need. Looking forward to our next stay!

Reception staff are very helpful and kind, the room is big , clean and comfortable, location is convenient to visit man centre. Trafford Centre just nearby and has a great. Shower curtain need to care the smell , feel not good , but everything is fine , will come here next time.
