I stayed here for a couple of nights and had the best experience. The rooms are clean and all the staff are so friendly. Chey in particular was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for him and he took the time to have a chat. I would highly recommend this hotel!

First room we have to change as the extractor fan in the bathroom was screeching, second room was a bit better but not very clean, hairs in the sink and we both came home feeling very itchy so concerned over bed bugs, immediately dispensed all our clothes for extensive washing. No air con either and overall place felt very tired. Considering we paid a pretty premium price for this and having stayed in many other premier inns in the past I would say this was our worst experience of one. Wifi didnt reach the lower rooms either. Only positive was location and ease of parking.

The staff were all great and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms, and efficient service. I will be back again on my travels through Stroud. I think the wifi could've been better but that's a given at most Premier inns. Special mention to Jodie for speedy check in

Amazing hotel with lovely staff, housekeepers and receptionists! Very clean and modern! Extremely comfy beds! Nothing bad to say at all! Will definitely visit again! Came here for my friends birthday so was only here for the 1 night but even from that 1 stay I know it’s super. Thanks premier inn.

Told we could have early check-in when I phoned the hotel a week earlier for a cost which is fine. Turned up and eas told there was no rooms available for early chec-in so had to wait 2hrs. If known I would not of turned up 3 hrs early. On website it states you can?

Amazing stay friendly staff,very clean an comfy rooms. The food and location great and on price too. We come here a few times a year to visit family love it would recommend to everyone a great location by centre as well. See you soon the Barleys

You know what you are getting with a Premier Inn - comfortable bed, good pillows, clean room, helpful staff & parking. This one ticked all boxes plus quiet room, free parking, next door to Tesco for petrol & snacks. Didn’t eat there. Walkable to Stroud.

Well presented grade 2 listed building. Great room. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast and reasonable evening meal deal.Plenty of parking incl blue badge.Bus stop directly outside, 2 mins into town. Tesco next door if you need supplies or petrol.

Surprisingly large room in an old property, and updated on all important equipment. Brilliant shower. Excellent bed. Heating was actually too enthusiastic, but turned down well. Ask about stairs on check-in if you have baggage. Uphill from town and station, but not difficult.
