Hotel ibis Styles Stuttgart

I stayed in the hotel for four days and I need to get a receipt to claim back my expenses, however I cannot contact this hotel directly either via phone (hangs up) or email (bounces back), The stay was good but this hotel seriously needs to update their contact details as I have spent hours trying to get through,

The hotel is quite new and have 2 large elevators. A short walk from stuttgart vaihingen station. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and are decent size with new spacious bathrooms. The room service was performed everyday on timely manner. However, the air-conditioner didn't have cool function (even though the weather become cold after the first day) and really didn't show any temperature effect on the air flow. When complained, the receptionists provided alternative rooms, however these room also had the same issue. I found out later that the hotel has stopped air conditioning service at the end of the summer (may be as an energy preservation method?) and only fan was seemed to be working. - May be this is common to all the hotels in the area. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent collection and a pancake machine. Only drawback was the breakfast options didn't change throughout the 4 days we stayed. Overall, the stay at Ibis styles stuttgart was nice and pleasant.

The outstanding service started when I had some concerns and questions. I decided to email the hotel and the detailed email I received from them a few days before my trip, eased my mind to the point where I knew I had chosen the right hotel. When we finally arrived, the staff was so welcoming and the wonderful staff just continued their outstanding service I received throughout my 11 day stay. I was pleasantly surprised by their clean and inviting lobby. We appreciated their free breakfast daily and the breakfast staff was always very attentive. We also were able to have dinner at the restaurant a few times and we even used their gym once. We were always greeted with a smile and the staff always tried their best to answer our questions or help us with anything we needed help with. We stayed in a room for 4 people and we loved it. It was like a small studio except it had a separate bedroom with a full bed. We always felt so comfortable and it was like a little home to us for those 11 days. The train was just steps away.

Nice hotel and you get what you pay for. Breakfast isn't very good with much choice, and their eggs are overcooked. However, it has a very nice seating area, and the main part of the hotel will let this slide. The place has a nice place to walk around with great designed, comfy rooms, however, I got given a double bed wi h my friend so had to sleep on the floor, and it seemed to be freezing in there. The hotel is great for overnight stays if you're out all day.

Das Hotel war sauber und (für den Preis) mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Mir hat die Auswahl an veganen Alternativen sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, da in direkter Nähe die Bahn fährt, mit der man ohne Umsteigen direkt in die Innenstadt kommt. Leider war das Zimmer an der Straßenseite sehr laut. Auch von oben hörte man jeden Schritt. An Schlaf war also leider nicht zu denken. Der Preis für das Frühstück und die Garage sind leider auch etwas zu hoch.

Zimmer sind gut. Das Frühstück ist Unterste Schublade. Das Personal schafft es nicht rechtzeitig verbrauchte oder leere Nahrungsmittel aufzufüllen. Ständig ist die Kaffeemaschine nicht in Funktion da die Milch leer ist und ab 10 Uhr werden kein Brötchen mehr nachgelegt, das Rührei ist leer, Marmelade ist leer obwohl bis 11 Uhr Frühstück möglich ist.
