Novum Hotel Bruy recensioner

The hotel was outstanding. The price was great, the staff are nice, the room is big enough. There is service almost around the clock. We enjoyed the stay greatly and will definitely come back when there is a suitable occasion.

When we arrived, we encountered a bit of a language barrier as the receptionist's English was not very good. He couldn't give us clear indications about the parking. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, but I had an issue with the pillow. It was extremely soft and inconsistent, which made it difficult to get comfortable. I had to push it against the wall to create enough volume to be able to sleep... Another thing I didn't like was that the shampoo and body soap were combined into one product. This also gave a cheap vibe. During breakfast, a female staff member almost removed my yet-to-be-consumed plate without even asking. I understand that breakfast time was over and it's reasonable to stop serving food and beverages, but customers should be given enough time to finish their meals. I had to GRAB my plate to keep eating, which was quite inconvenient.

Excellent location and comfy room. Helpful reception. I cant find any negative aspect to write about. I will be back here when I come back to Stuttgart.

Front desk very helpful. Clean and safe. Not far from major transportation.

Well is not downtown but you have free parking around the hotel and there is a metro stop very close. Huge disadvantage, no A/C, no fridge to keep your drinks cold.

Nice and near to the train station.

The hotel is neat and clean. Located in a very good area.

Wifi Not working

5 stars if you want to have a Thai Summer experience! If not please choose a hotel with aircon. Please remember this slogan “Cheap is bad, Expansive is Good!!! No air conditioner in summer time, the window design is bad, need to put a wet towel absorb with cold water on my chest, to absorb the heat. The bottle of water it’s Tricky!! Need to pay 4 euro for a bottle of water! So ridiculous!!! Please put some fan or air conditioner, I felt like I am travelling Thailand not Germany!!!

價格划算，離市中心坐車二十分鐘左右，去聖誕市場很方便。乾淨的單人間，設施也很全。樓下商鋪很全，有日化店，超市，飯店非常多。

位置很好～出行方便，但附近街道比較亂，但是還是安全的！酒店提供早餐，但相對是比較簡單的，也是不錯！如果額外要購買我建議可以出外面吃！
