Room is ok but only not good, there is no lift. Nid to carry the heavy luggage all the way up. Hotel outlook a bit run down.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place. There are many ships and restaurants around.

Nice hotel, but hard to find parking at the day time. room quite dark, suggest to install brighter light bulb.

If you’re staying for one night, then it should be fine. However, any more than that and I wouldn’t recommend it. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, and the pillows were hard and flat. Shower didn’t work properly either. However, lots of food and milk tea shops within walking distance. Hot chocolate was good.

We booked standard queen room. Just "OK". Not as in picture at all. A basic things have to request from the receptionist....No kettle and hairdryer.. Room very small. The bathroom very² small.. looked like old building. Bedsheets have dirt and stains. Stayed for 2 nights, should have cleaning services but don't have. Just can have short stay. Not recommended for long.

We staying at first floor and need to go up by staircase. The room is tiny without window, toilet without all amenities. For one night stay is good enough. Overall is worth the price.

The location of the hotel is good enough for business trips within Taipan area. Could use a Smart TV to keep me accompanied during the night.

No electricity supply in midnight for around 2hours and no pre inform on this. Room has no windows hence when no electricity, air ventilation is bad hence unable to sleep well, very uncomfortable stay. When checked with reception the next day, was told that it is their internal maintenance, which I do not understand why the maintenance not doing during daytime when ppl not around, but at night when all the guests are sleeping in hotel?

Very satisfied with our recent stay. The receptionist had been friendly and helpful.
