Receptionists and technicians are so helpful for the air con condition, air con is not cool for 2 connection rooms. Eventually it is still not working well after fixing it. The receptionist immediately arranged another room instead.

This place is not recommended at all. Got placed in a smoking room despite requesting a non smoking room. When advertised in trip.com it should have stated it will be a smoking room. Requested to change room but they said they are fully booked which is hard to believe. Front desk staff are of low quality service level. Rooms are old. Aircond is lame. Skip this place and find other options.

Starting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night. Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay. Great job, Summit USJ Hotel team! 🌟🏨✨

Nice hotel which is situated next to the Summit USJ Mall. Very convenient to have lunch or dinner at the mall. Breakfast at the hotel is buffet with lots of variety of food. Overall my family and I are satisfied with this hotel.

The room are big and clean. Very close to all amenities and government agencies. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I checked in quite late, around 1 AM, and the receptionist was still available to assist me with the check-in process. Her service was prompt and professional, which I really appreciated at that hour. The room was spacious, comfortably accommodating two single beds with plenty of additional empty space. However, if you're a solo traveller, the size of the room might feel a bit intimidating. Both the room and the attached bathroom were well-equipped, but the hotel itself seems to have been around for quite some time. I’d suggest renovating certain parts of the room. There was no USB charger provided, only the standard 3-pin plug, so make sure to bring an adapter if needed. Additionally, the curtain for the bathtub had some noticeable brown water stains at the bottom, which could be improved for better hygiene. During checkout, the staff at the concierge counter was very friendly and even asked if I needed breakfast. It was a thoughtful gesture to end my stay on a positive note.
