Whiterock Beach Hotel and Waterpark recensioner

Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people ! Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served….. Overall, the facilities was fantastic!

Unit very small, have mosquito and cockroach, my friend's unit is split type aircon, my unit window type aircon so noisy. There is no kettle, have free bottle water .

Cleaning is not good, there is a lot of duirty on air-condition

The facilities are old and under construction. Pricing doesn’t match the quality at all.

The beach is beautiful and the staffs were all friendly, accommodating and friendly. I hope the management will add some condiments for complimentary in the room. It would be great if they would do that like any other resorts.

I love this place and my kids are really enjoyed it! Overnight is not enough. We should have explore more and stayed 2-3days. -Place is great -Food is great -We have a fantastic room -The bar is great -Pool is great as if we have our own mini pool. -There is a wave pool and my kids love it. -There is also a playground with pool for the kids like they can slide, swing, more fun activity. -We enjoyed the beach as well, same as the inflatable, jetski, kayak, banana boat -There is an acoustic bar at night, fire dance, parang nasa Bora ka na.

We enjoyed the place, though we did not used all the pool and slides. We spent more time on kiddie pool and wave pools.my 2 yr old son enjoyed it. It needs some repairs for safety, like the railing on one slide is alredy gone. Kiddie pool is right beside the rampage pool, not a good setup parent must watch their small kids closely make sure they dont cross. The beach is not suitable for swmming, there are some trashes, you wont notice it unless you swim, its best just for sports activities. As for the room, its good except for the plumbing which did not work on our last day and also the chairs are already defective, need replacement or repair. But we got the good view of the pool and the subic bay. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist.

What impressed us the most is their service. From welcoming us to waving our goodbyes, everyone is friendly and hospitable. The food at Sunset restaurant is reasonable and tasted great, considering they are sister companies with Wildflour. The amenities were a bit rough on the edge, but still enjoyable. The rooms were okay, but managed to give our furbaby a good night's sleep thanks to the bed they offered her (BTW, pets are 800 per night). Overall, our experience is beyond lovely. this resort is good for people who like watersports and its fine for families, not a romantic place for individuals; the site is big with very nice and clean pools; restaurant: very good food, good service, but very high prices; rooms: are ok, not too big, medium standard; no TV available but good wifi; the whole resort is limited access, no visitors allowed (security guard will check you any time, also not allowed to bring food or drinks - super restricive policy, very unfriendly sec,.guard- for sure I will never come back), so you cant bring any friends to the beach or bar there; the value for money is poor, its overpriced around 80% (the price should be 2300.- to 2800.- instead of 6.000.- a day). Check-in and check-out was easy and fast.

리뷰 좋아하지 않지만 몇 자 적어봅니다. 화이트락을 검색하셨다면 위치 등은 이미 어느정도 파악되셨으리라 보고 이건 패스.. 시설은 일부 낙후된 부분이 있지만 쉬어가기 나쁘지않습니다. 수영장, 워터파크도 즐길만한 수준? 헌데 로비카운터 직원들의 고객 응대 태도가 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 필리핀 투숙객들이 해변 등지에서 담배를 피워도 별다른 제지가 없고, 그들이 새벽 2시 3시까지 음악을 틀고 소란을 피워도 아무런 제지가 없네요. 편히 취침을 즐기고 싶은데 아침부터 객실 밖에서 호텔스탭들이 시끄럽습니다. 객실내 전화기가 고장나서 2번이나 고쳐달라고 했으나 처리하지 않았고, 저녁시간 식당으로 가기 위해 불러달라는 콜택시는 시세보다 많이 비쌌습니다. 기억하고 싶지 않은 곳입니다. 경우에 따라 다르겠지만 유독 저는 불편함만 느끼고 왔습니다.

리조트한테 사기당하기는 처음이네요 사진이랑 후기가 괜찮아서 예약했는데 체크인 할때 부터 ㅂㅅ같음 자기가 사온 음료수는 반입할때 몇캔인지 확인후 캔 수량마다 돈 지불하고 가져갈 수있고 룸에 미니 냉장고도 없고 워터파크 리조트인데 드라이기도 없네 ㅅㅂ 어딜 다녀봐도 이런 꼴은 처음이고 그리고 워터파크가 그냥 애들 놀이터 수준이에요 그냥 망한 리조트에 놀러간 느낌쓰 저는 이틀 예약했는데 하루는 그냥 숙박했는데 방음도 안되고 시끄럽고 조식도 개쓰레기임 바로 체크아웃하고 도망 나왔어요 말만 리조트이지 3만원도 아까웠음
