Picked up my key from within a used envelope with my name on it; "contactless check-in". No human contact. Continental breakfast was two green bananas, two oranges, and 4 packets of maple brown sugar instant oatmeal for a two day stay. Yes there was a coffee pot and a gallon of water in the closet and a small fridge that I couldn't figure out how to turn on. Red heart-shaped jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Very old house, comfortable bed, quiet location.

Well Loved & Unique in Sudbury High on charm and comfort but not “technology”, this inn is well loved, and not for the corporate traveler. The inn is on a 9 acre farm in the middle of historic Sudbury. Come to see and feed the horses, wake up in a four poster bed, and enjoy the beautiful tile & polished beach stone covered bathroom & shower (with a heart shaped bathtub!)… This is a contactless inn, you will likely not see the owners, nor have maid service during your stay. We were looking for something unique, enjoyable, and not “cookie cutter” for a two night stay…We found it.

The Inn on Christmas Eve Stayed one night. This is really just a B since there’s no breakfast other than Hostess donuts and a fruit pie left in the room.

No visible staff at all, but responsive to phone calls. The place was interesting, but the featured whirlpool bath did not work. Large but very cold bathroom. "Breakfast" was a few Hostess products, with no milk for coffee - very poor. No horses !

Not what we expected Strange experience no contact with the hosts and breakfast items in the room were processed donuts and fruit pie. The milk was curdled not even able to get a cup of tea,so unlike any previous bed and breakfast experience.The room was comfortable and all other services available.
