Brand new hotel,, excellent location, beautiful rooms , very polite and professional employees, Ana and Hollow the managers are great, polite , and professional, Housekeepers doing great job.

Hollow Hicks the General Manager is corrupt. After staying here for 18 days Hollow Hicks had Me evicted & trespassed wrongfully because of a complaint of pest control issues from a guest. At first Hollow Hicks informed Me that making Me privy to the name of the guest that complained was a safety issue and then almost within the same breath divulged the name of the person aswell as their room number and their new room number. How consistent. Hollow Hicks then utilized the Loudoun County Police to come knock on My room door to tell Me that if I did not vacate within 2 hours ( It took 8 hours to move in ) that I would be arrested. 2 rounds of police officers were called and tried using fear tactics as I was moving as fast and efficiently as I could. Hollow Hicks stood in the backround as police threatened Me aggressively at Hollow Hicks behest, while also avoiding My requests to simply pay the pest control fee that was at first offered. Hollow Hicks told Me that the pest control place would not be available that day right before telling Me to vacate and magically as I was moving and Hollow Hicks cowardly left the premises, the pest control person showed up alongside front desk clerk Rahul ( Who is amazing by the way )to spray. My Lawyer is now involved and will be ensuring procurement of the 300$ that is owed in refund to Me immediately now that I am safe and comfortable in a much nicer place that does things correctly.
