Verona Palace Hotel Bandung

No words can explain how much disappointed my experiences to ths hotel. Much disgusting and I swear I don't want even step my foot to be on that area no more! First thing is, got worms inside the bathroom!!! Yes, worm! The hotel manager should take trillion extra cleanliness about ths!! I hope next guest not facing like I do yesterday. SO MUCHHH DISGUSTING!!!!! My feet not even able to go to bathroom. At first, once arriving to the lobby, only one staff at the reception, which is Mrs *****. After received my access room card, Level 1, Room 102, then I put my bag, unfortunately the air-conditioning is not feeling cold at all. Then I am going out to Mrs ***** at the lobby, telling that the air-conditioning not cold, is it not working!? She told me that it will take around 15minutes to be cold. FINE. I said I am going out to shopping first, around night came back. Around night time, after came back, the room is cold. That moments, I go to the bathroom and my eyes suddenly saw something moving on the bathroom floor!!!! What the f***!!!! Worm!!! I AM SO SHOCK!!!!! I have to call the reception about that and about the water dripping which SO MUCHHH disturbing my peace. Wanna get rest from travelling, exhausted, sleepy and all, not able to sleep and mixed all the disappointed feelings. Got REALLY BADDD EXPERIENCES HERE AT VERONA PALACE HOTEL, BANDUNG, INDONESIA. Around 1 am in the morning I call the reception, telling all about it, that staff who pick up the call is Mr. Adi. He said he will help me change the room. Surprisingly again, while 'on the call' with Mr.Adi, black out happened twiced!! My next room also came out from room, saying that black out happened. Then around 2am, Mr. Adi came to change the room. No words can explain how much disappointed my experiences to ths hotel. Much disgusting and I swear I don't want even my foot to be on that area no more! First thing is, got worms inside the bathroom!!! Yes, worm! The hotel manager should take trillion extra cleanliness about ths!! I hope next customer not facing like I do yesterday. SO MUCHHH DISGUSTING, my feet not even able to go to bathroom. Plus, no iron board! Fridge also not given inside original room. I do ask Mrs *****, about the fridge, she told me fridge not provided inside room for booking under Superior Room. FINE. Overall, I have VERY BAD EXPERIENCES TO THIS VERONA PALACE HOTEL BANDUNG. Will never step foot there again definitely!!! One last thing, black out happened the third time after change the room. I do call reception, Mr.Adi said all area effected, they use gen-set.

Very recommended place....service very good and staff all very friendly..

Good Hotel actually but located in a quite small narrow road access to get there, breakfast menu not many variations, taste is also standard, room size is good enough, overall is considered fine with the price offered
