Fantastic location right next to Braga st. Large pool and good gym. Room felt smaller than advertised however comfy bed. Breakfast buffet was fine

The hotel is clean and spacious room. Different design then other hotels, the sink is outside the bathroom. Breakfast has a good spread of dishes. Very near to Braga street. Can walk to museums and kings mall.

Everything was perfect and the location is closed to Braga street. I was surprised because this hotel got a playroom for kids (free), a convenient store & a cafe to dine-in (for outsiders). The bed is so comfy even though the room I booked was not so big. The staff are polite and very attentive when I make a complaint about the hanger (there are missing hangers in my room). They also provide more hangers just in case I need that. But there are 2 things that I'm not so happy about: the toilet flooded with water every time we took shower and the lobby hotel (waiting area) is quite hot. Perhaps I will consider staying here again in the future. Thank u very much for your hospitality..

Big, nice room. But the bed was squeaky and interrupted my sleep. Breakfast / Sahur was great during Ramadan. Varieties of food for Sahur! And delish 😋 Located very near to Braga. Can just walk down the street. Hotel Staffs are all very kind and helpful. However we could not get any late checkout although there were not many ppl staying. Sad.

The hotel location is super strategic. Near with many foods especially for street food, halal food like sundanese food or non halal. You can walk to Braga (old town) for just only 4-6 mins. The only thing that should improve is their breakfast. This is not the first time I stay here, but since 3 years ago the breakfast still not improved. For 4 star hotel, this is far from the bf standard, almost every meal is cold. The other thing that should be concerned is the room, the stain on linen and I felt so itchy to sleep on the bed, the cleanliness standard is lower than before.

Very Happy with the breakfast buffet spread especially noodle service station. Extremely comfy bed & spacious room. There is a HUGE swimming pool but not listed. Conveniently located near Braga street.

Generally ok hotel as location is very centralised , clean, spacious and with good service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local n western options. Only minor is the hotel is not that new n aircon leaks water( they fixed it eventually) n last day , there’s an outage of electricity since night till morning which we understand only happened to our room.

perfect for holiday’s stay

Everything needed is available in this hotel, we were even given a special crib for babies.. a warm water swimming pool, and a birthday cake as an additional.. an amazing hotel. Very strategic location

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone👍🏻

This hotel is good in terms of the location as it is it alking distance to the streets of Braga. There are eateries and convenience stores nearby. Also theres a 24-hour restaurant which eases our stay. Room is spacious and overall experience was good.
