Very easy access to Braba street where located in the heart of Bandung. Hotel itself has its own buffet in the evening time so you can try various Indonesian food there. The room is spacious and nice but hotel qas built long time ago, everything inside are old.

The hotel's location is excellent,making easy to explore the city. Also walking distance to Braga street, can enjoy nightlife at Braga street just walk through the street, very likely. Room was clean and comfortable,but room is small. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple.

The receptionist who registered us is very friendly and welcoming. Accommodated us with connecting rooms. Refreshment drinks at the hotel lobby is always delicious. Rooms are clean and comfy. First time seeing a bolster at a hotel. Toilet is clean (but the walls is partially translucent 😅) Location is good. Walking distance to cafes and shops in Braga. Tourist location is quite a distance but acceptable with a good Supir. There are lots of selection for breakfast.

Very bad service since family room was given at smoking floor. Requested for iron for several times and being ignored. Upon entering the room found cockroaches at fridge and mini bar area.

room was clean and comfy but quite small. good location. the pool open too late and close too early. also, room window no privacy can see from opposite building, need to shut blind all the time.

I recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience. Positive Aspects: The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests. The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated. While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Front office guy was super helpful. Iron and iron board were provided. I dont like the coffee is customized. There was some bad smell from the bathroom drainage sometimes. View is okay. I could see Savoy Homann but also the roofs of other buildings.

Great location on Braga. Staff friendly and helpful. Ordered room service after (thinking I’d explained how I wanted the food )and came wrong. Staff apologetic and re-did again wrong. Third time lucky. All the way staff were polite and helpful but shame it took so long to resolve. Only real negative was shower was warm but not hot during my 4 day stay.

A great hotel at a strategic location. Stay in Kimaya every time we visit Bandung.

Room was clean. All staffs were friendly. Breakfast choice good. Hotel in the center of busy Braga street. Good for walk /photo. Maintenance response to feedback was fast. Chocked basin was fixed after I returned to the room after lunch. Last minute special request made to suprise my wife upon check-in was handled fast. Thank You very much👍👍👍

location exactly at Jln Braga (+ point) near all the places you want to be in.. Alot of restaurants and cute cafes.. The breakfast menu is varied but more of an Asian menu (obviously we are in Indonesia) which is important to be tasty and filling what bothers me is that the room is not soundproof.. i feel very disturbed. imagine i woke up from sleep only because the alarm from his phone vibrated & he snores!!
