部屋は綺麗には保たれていましたが、ベッドにダニの死骸と生きてるダニがいて数カ所刺されました。
チェックアウトの際にスタッフさんに伝えましたが、清潔にしてほしいです。

Fantastic stay at the travelodge sunbury m3 hotel. It was incredible having so many staff be so point. Reception was clean and despite a rush at the bar and cafe during dinner, I managed to get my food warm and looking very fresh. Well done travelodge.

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Not a lot to do around but as a shirt stay for visiting family in the area works really well. Shame the restaurant was closed for refurbishment but didn't affect us much as we knew about it before arriving.

Travelled from Devon to get here to find the restaurant and bar closed, still adverting food on the webpage!!! Went out to get supper to find even the vending machines had been disconnected in our absence!!! Room newly refurbished but reception is a building site, no mention on the Web page of refurbishments on going either, the web site proudly offers refurbished rooms and to be fair ours was newly refurbished. But really please let your customers know it's building site and no food available...

unpleasant stay . ongoing refurbishment during my stay. paid £12 for parking 8 hours. lift is dusty. no breakfast facilities

Booked on 26 Jan for a stay on 4 Feb 25 this included breakfast. Arrived after a long 5 hr drive to find out that the restaurant was shut for refurbishment. Had to go into Sunbury in the rain to find somewhere to eat. the receptionist couldn't refund our money. we were put on the top floor, there was a very strong smell of contact adhesive as the place was being refurbished. the room was very noisy as the place is right next to the M3. I advice you to avoid it until the refurbishments are completed.

fantastic stay at the travelodge sunbury m3 hotel. I have not stayed at a travelodge for quite some time or any hotel. It was quite nice to get away and even nicer when the stay turns out this well. Everyone was so sweet and I will definitely come back
