I think this is the best hotel in Palembang. Besides the comfortable, clean rooms and very delicious breakfast, the location is quite strategic in the middle of the city near shopping malls and typical Palembang food places. It also has gym facilities, swimming pools and saunas which are quite fun for exercising at the hotel.

What an amazing dinner at Brava Restaurant Arista Palembang! So glad served by Dhea Clara with a luxury service by her also big applause to Fitra from Bar Team with the SUPER drinks and great hospitality. I have stayed in several hotels in Palembang before and Arista Hotel in Palembang exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The lobby welcomes you with grandeur, the room offers ample space and a convenient work table. The cozy bed ensures a comfortable stay, complemented by a rejuvenating rainwater shower in the impressive bathroom. Fast and efficient check-in/check-out processes streamline the experience. One standout feature is the delightful breakfast spread, featuring a variety of local delicacies. The proximity to ICON mall adds to its appeal, but caution is advised when crossing due to the lack of traffic lights. Overall, Arista Hotel has my highest recommendation as the best choice in Palembang.

I was going to this hotel for business trip. This hotel is so excellent. The nuance is so cozy and plush. The price is perfect. Breakfast is also perfect. Surely I will return to this hotel at any other time, maybe with my wife and kids. Thank you.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was very pleasant! The staffs were friendly and helpful especially Mr. Yogi / Yoga, food was delicious (i like the Lumpia), gym and pool were clean, room was spacious and i got a free upgrade. The only issue i had was the amount of plastic waste that being used in this hotel is crazy! I hope they would reduce the use of single use plastic in the future. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
