Dear El Zahraa Management, I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your staff during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the professionalism displayed by your team. In particular, I would like to commend En. Zul, Ms. Yanti and the day shift team for their outstanding assistance. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, addressing all my needs promptly and with a smile. Their helpfulness and dedication truly made my stay memorable. Despite the satisfactory facilities, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by some of the staff, especially the night staff, I found their attitude unfriendly and unhelpful, which affected my overall experience. Please convey my sincere thanks to Ms. Yanti and the day shift team. Their efforts reflect the high standards of your hotel, and I will certainly recommend your establishment to others.
