SP Star Hotel recensioner

Reception isn’t friendly. Room WC was clogged, complaint during check in and it’s not fixed throughout the day.

i had a refund issue and they refuse to give my money back. im so disappointed as a student.

I stayed at this hotel for one night as a transit stop, and it was a simple, no-frills experience. Be aware that parking is not provided on-site, so you’ll need to park opposite the hotel across the road, which might be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or arrive late at night. The room itself was basic but met essential needs. Towels and soap were provided, which was a nice touch for a short stay. The hot shower worked well, and I appreciated being able to freshen up after a long day of travel. If you’re looking for a quick stopover, this hotel can serve the purpose, but don’t expect luxury or extensive amenities. Suitable for a one-night transit stay

Good gym the tv worked for once and had apps. The room was clean

Good location within walking distance of KTMB Sungai Petani. The hotel is not very nice, but it has a clean toilet, a new TV, and a new aircond

Really near KTM. And a lot restorance around

I have book 2 family room, 1 roomvery clean, comfortable to stay but 1 more room not clean especially in bathroom, in toilet bowl and tile so dirty. The floor very slippery . You need to carefully especially shower.

hotel situated near ktm sg petani, walking distance. easy to go to alor setar with ktm komuter. also very near with restaurant nasi kandar and other food outlets. service and facility okay jerr.

It's quite new hotel, furniture in the room didn't see wear and tear, but the water heater pressure not strong enough. Good location near Jalan Dewa eatery but too close to road junction, have lot motorcycle and lorry sound midnight sleeping time.

Good view just Abit loud, housekeeping abit late. Others good service as well from front hotel service.

The bed is comfortable and air conditioning is excellent. However, room size is small, a bit dirty, the bathroom need to improve a bit and there is not even a chair in the room.

It’s considered good for the price u paid. Do not expect a 5 stars quality when u paying for a 2 stars price. Overall the cleanliness is OK but don’t expect any supplementary like other Hotel, i.e. soap, toothbrush, water, etc…

Overall, great stay. Location is awesome.
