Good hotel , very clean. Plenty of sun beds around pool and on beach which are free for hotel guests. Food was excellent and varied. The Entainment team are a little over enthusiastic .

What a fabulous hotel could not fault the staff and the hotel. We only had bed and breakfast the breakfast bar was vast everything you could wish for and more. Excellent coffee as well. Breakfast staff speak multiple languages and very helpful. The room is spacious very clean as well as the swimming pool area being very clean and well run. We used the spa that was very reasonably priced and the highest quality. The reception staff speak multiple languages and are extremely friendly. Definitely returning can’t wait to come back.

This is a little gem with everything you'll need, including a beautifully appointed spa Austrian style steam house, an outstanding hamam and massage therapist, gym, and indoor pool. The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit. It was so good I stayed an extra week and have booked my return in September. What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. The buffet breakfast and evening meals had so much variety — there was something for everyone, and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced. The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

What a jewel within a crown! A fabulous hotel on so many levels! Service is top notch and the staff cannot do enough for you! Immaculately clean and the housekeeping team are friendly and professional. The main restaurant is buffet style with so many options and choices! The wine list is extensive and offers both local and international choices. I was a solo traveller and loved every minute! And felt so safe and taken care of! The spa and all the facilities are truly amazing! See you soon for my second trip later in the year!

1st time in Sunny Beach. Selected this hotel because of previous reviews and we were not disappointed. Half board. Great selection for both breakfast and dinner. Room was immaculate. View from balcony is exactly as pictured on hotel site. No outside noise at night. Pool was usually quiet and no music ( if thats what you like) and had a gentleman who was a lifeguard also. Gave great comfort as we have a 10year old. Space between sunbeds and pool towel provided. Never had a problem getting sunbed irrespect of the time of day. Free beds on the beach. we spent most of our time at the pool. A special mention to the animation team of Tsetso, Tsanko, Dima, Rona, Sonya & Delisiya....they did an amazing job. My son was reluctant to go to the kids club the first day, however, after meeting Delisiya, he requested that we were back in time to go to the club as he didn't want to miss it... Overall, we all loved it so much we have booked for this year again, The first time we have stayed and travelled to the same place twice!!
