Sentido Bellevue Beach- All Inclusive & Beach Access

We have been returning to Sentido Bellevue Beach for six years now, and it never disappoints. The hotel's location is fantastic, featuring a spacious pool and private beach loungers, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. Each year, the buffet improves, offering an even wider variety of delicious options—there's truly nothing to complain about! Our superior room is always impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day in the sun. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff, who are incredibly kind and attentive. They make us feel like part of a family, enhancing our overall experience. Beach was really close and there were always sunbeds and umbrellas available. The food and the drinks were really good and the live music at the restaurant was great. Everyone was friendly and I definitely managed to get some rest and relax. Will be visiting again next year.

Hotel very nice and clean, rooms cleaned everyday, barstaff friendly and serve quickly. Always managed to get a sunbed around the pool in the morning and one on the beach in the afternoon. Location for the beach is excellent as it is just across the room and they have their own sun beds for the hotel, for the main strip not so good, there is a train/bus you can get on but this stops at night so you have a long 30 mins walk at a brisk pace to get back. My one bug bear was not enough tables in the restaurant, there should be some 2 seater tables which would give less seats but more tables as lots of couples. It was also annoying that the restaurant staff spent the last half hour of the allocated time preparing the tables for the next meal which leaves a lot of the tables not available for use while you still have people coming in looking for tables, apart from this they were very hard working and pleasant

Due to a mix-up with our travel agency, we ended up with a one-night stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is large but quite outdated. It's located near Sunny Beach, but to reach the beach, you need to cross the street. We were a family of three, and our room was on the 8th floor, supposedly the largest in the building (Room 813) with a partial sea view. Although check-in was officially at 3:00 PM, we arrived earlier and couldn't check in until 2:00 PM. After explaining our situation with the travel agency, the reception staff kindly provided us with all-inclusive bracelets, which is not their usual policy before check-in. The room was spacious and somewhat clean, but clearly in need of renovation. It still uses a standard key instead of a digital system. There was no minibar, but you can request one for an additional fee. We had lunch at the hotel, where the food was decent, though the selection was limited. The drinks were just okay. The beach is a bit of a walk from the hotel, and oddly enough, the pool bar is located across the street. The bar offers a limited selection of cocktails, with a maximum of three per person, served in very small plastic cups. This setup makes going back and forth across the street a bit awkward. In the afternoon, they serve burgers, fries, pancakes, waffles, and a variety of sweets, fruits, and ice cream for the kids. The hotel pool is shared with another hotel, and by 7:30 AM, all the sunbeds are taken. If you use the other hotel’s sunbeds, you’ll need to pay an extra fee. The pool itself is small and not very clean. Parking is nearly nonexistent, with limited spots available for 20 BGN outside the hotel. Lastly, be prepared to wait for the elevators—they're slow and unreliable. Overall, this hotel doesn't offer good value for the money.

This hotel is opposite the beach and has its own sunbeds and umbrellas. our lovely room came with a balcony and sun lounges. A daily change of towels accompanied with a lovely touch in the shape of a flower on the bed was appreciated. The food could have been better. It was often cool and lacked flavour. The nightly entertainment is limited. All in all would stay again

Rooms quite small no evening entertainment food not great all in all l would class this hotel 3 star Very average We asked the cleaner if she could come back in 15 minutes as we were still getting ready to go out and she said no so our room wasn't cleaned or towels changed which l wasn't very impressed with
