The two best features of Sunset beach is the fact that it is one of the widest beaches in southern California and the Green Belt that runs parallel to the beach from the northern edge of town to the southern edge of town. The “upper” home consists of upper floors 2 & 3, occupancy limit of 12 with 5-bedrooms, 4.5-bathrooms at 3800 sq. ft. and a 3rd floor deck with outdoor fireplace, game room, pool table and shuffle board. Garage for additional parking is attached to “upper” home and is for the exclusive use of the “upper” home. Each home has entrances on opposite sides of the building, their own paths to the beach, and their own outdoor showers. The homes do not share any amenities. This home is equipped with a noise/decibel sensor located outside the building to monitor sustained noise levels leaving the home. Should an alert be sent due to continuous loud noise and/or neighbor complaints, renters will be subject to a fee/fines, loss of deposit, and/or eviction without refund. If police are summoned to home to any reason, renter will be subject to a fee/fines, loss of deposit, and/or eviction without refund. House parties, large gatherings exceeding occupancy limits of 12 and/or any type of entertainment are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and grounds for immediate eviction, with loss of rent and/or forfeiture of security deposit. Home has a permitted occupancy limit of 12 persons. Renters can be subject to additional fee of $200.00 per person per day/night for renters who exceed maximum occupancy of 12 guests.
