love everything about this hotel! breakfast was quite good with many selections, service was excellent, next to a mall and room was one of the best in surabaya so far! this hotel is considered quite old but they still managed to keep everything like new and clean. def recommend and will be back ❤️

Over the top ID, love the art pieces every where in the hotel. Room is spacious. Classy. Amenities are basics. View is alright. Bed was comfy, high, pillows were great. Breakfast spread was meh..limited too. But I was mostly disappointed cause I asked for coffee twice and after 20 minutes of waiting time, I didn't end up getting anything and left for work. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it, but I was waiting to use coffee machine, one of the waitresses said she was going to help me. So I could sit. Waited 10 minutes. Nothing, Stood back up, same shizzs. I prefer Tunjungan Plaza area cause I can walk outside at the old city.

Nice quiet hotel with a great view. Nice deco in the room. Had some problems looking for the light controls only to find them hidden at the bedside table. Nice and celegant design but hard to find.

Great room. Breakfast experience was average. The staff is hit and miss , some are very helpful but the breakfast section , not very good. For example there was no fresh juice available, not sure as it was on Sunday. Typically the breakfast manager ensures and tries to introduce new food and recommend dishes and ensure excellent service.
