This hotel is quite economic for Harris’ level. There are pool, gym, and kids playground. The room is not that spacious but very comfortable for two persons. I requested for an iron and they delivered it to my room very quickly. They could do better for the restaurant, elevator, and the toilet — no bidet shower hence a little bit struggling for kids (i had some guest with kids coming over).

Quite a busy hotel...or maybe happened to be on that days that I was there? Lifts are very slow. Rooms are quite clean. Although the space in the bathroom was really tiny and unable to put toiletries anywhere in the bathroom (no space/ table on the basin)

Hotel location is good. In the middle of town. Easy to find food around hotel. Found many small ants in room and Wifi is slow.

Servis pelayananya keren banget, ramah dan sigap. Untuk harga kmrn dapet di harga 650rb include sarapan. di hari minggu sarapannya ada maskot harris yg nari, cukup menghibur anak-anak. Dan komplit untuk menu sarapan juga rasanya enak2. Sayangnya kids club lg di renovasi kmrn jd anak2 gk bisa main. Ada cafe dg harga yg masih affordable di lobby hotelnya. Overall cukup puas nginep disini. Kurangnya di amenities sama dekorasi kamar aja yg terkesan standar
