Great hotel here, the location is the middle of surabaya. Near to TP the biggest mall in sby

Everything is good including the location except the house keeping. We enjoyed our massages and dinner buffet in the hotel because it was raining in the evening. But they are nice and very affordable. I also like their breakfast buffet. The only miss is the cleanliness and the housekeeping quality. We have changed the room once because the bathtub got stains. Then in the second room, my pillowcase is dirty and the flush didn’t work. Yet I appreciate their help to fix them. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. I wish they can improve the housekeeping quality or else everything is perfect :)

The hotel room was large, clean n all amenities available. However the carpet of the room had a stale smell on the first day but bearable. Breakfast had asian spread but definitely food was not fresh. The salad n fruits didn't look as it was done in the morning. The soup was not piping hot. Our friends had a little upset stomach.

It is a great place for families because of the spacious room. However since the bathroom curtain was not installed strongly, it fell down together with its metal bar, very dangerous for the person using the bath tub underneath it.

Great experience in Bumi Surabaya. We wrote a notes to inform that we celebrate anniversary there, and voila! They leave a note and give us the corner room with a city view. Nice ambience and delicious food, will come back to Bumi Surabaya soon.

Service is good but facilities are old, breakfast are not up to standard in comparison to previous stays and hotel staff is not doing enough to rectify the issue. Quite a disappointing stay.

My family always stay here when we traveling to Surabaya

Room is quite dirty - stains on sheets, walls. Furniture look very used, carpet is not clean. Even saw cockroaches in the bathroom every night. Staff / hospitality service standards - top. Great job by the staff. Overall - very good value for money.

Great hotel, you will feel like you are in Bali. They also have delicious breakfast! I love their soto daging!
