Penasaran coba hotel ini krn liat review nya 4,8. Pros : dkt mall bisa jln kaki, reception & all staff are super friendly, lobi bagus, kolam renang ok,makanan bervariasi, kamar executive dpt compliment makanan lumayan. Cons : mnrt saya dekorasi kamarnya ga modern, pintu kamar terkesan sperti pintu tangga darurat, overall lumayan tp ga membuat saya pengen balik.

Good location at city center, just across from Delta Plaza Shopping Mall. The service and cleanliness is super, breakfast in this hotel has many varieties. The Room with King Size Bed is quite spacious. There is convenient mini shop just in front of the hotel. Overall, really recommend this hotel and will come back to stay in this hotel next time visit Surabaya.

This hotel is very good location. Near downtown. What you see is what you get. The breakfast is superb considering is only 4 stars hotel I thought. Definitly came back to this hotel!
