Worst Hotel Experience As a travel agent, I booked a hotel for a client who, two days before check-in, got injured in an accident and couldn’t travel. I called the hotel to cancel the booking and was shocked by the manager’s rude response. He said, Haan haan, abhi aadmi injured hua hai, kal ko mar jayega Such an insensitive and unprofessional reply is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking this hotel due to their lack of empathy and poor customer service.
