I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at hotel casa riva. What was supposed to be a pleasant family vacation turned into a disappointing experience, and i feel compelled to share the issues i encountered. I booked a 3-night stay with my family, primarily attracted by the beautiful play area garden and swimming pool shown in the images. However, upon arrival, i was informed that both the play area and the pool had been non-operational for years. These images not only wasted my time but also ruined our vacation plans. The room allotted to us was extremely small, with barely enough space to accommodate our luggage. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited and did not meet our expectations for the price we paid. Given the poor conditions, i requested an early checkout on the morning of the second day. Unfortunately, the hotel management refused to refund the remaining two nights, despite our dissatisfaction. We ultimately checked out on the second night due to the unbearable conditions. This entire experience was far from value for money. I am requesting a refund for the two unused nights as compensation for the disappointing stay and the inconvenience it caused my family. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
