經濟型酒店，不要期望太高，設施比較舊，雙床房的床很小，浴室裏只有浴巾沒有毛巾，沒有拖鞋，離機場大概15分鐘車程

Excellent food , behaviour of the staffs specially Shankar is overwhelming.Room is very clean plenty of water are provided. I have been staying occasionally since 2023 I prefer to stay GINGER SURAT. WISH MORE SUCCESS & PROSPERITY IN FUTURE AND

Very good experience. Visiting first time at Ginger Surat. Mr. Sajid facilitated well at the front desk. Food also very good and highly recommended to stay here with high amenities. Hotel location is very easily accessible. Plenty of car parking space is available. Thank you.

The stay was great. Extremely comfortable ambience, great breakfast. They have a guitar in the cafeteria so if you enjoy playing, it adds to the aura of the place. Staff is fantastic, Sapna & Grishma have been very cordial and supportive throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend

Really nice, clean and cozy hotel. Close to airport.I have very good experience with this hotel, room, breakfast and service was really good. Special thanks to reception service Sajid, Sapna , Grishma .Highly reccomended. Hotel have a free parking

Receptionist Sapna's hospitality is commendable, making guest reconciliation effortless, but enhancing seamless access to room amenities like dental kits and combos would improve the overall service ,..........................

It was a pleasant stay, the staff was very polite and helpful. It was a pleasant stay for us. Sapna. Rajneesh Doma Mitali Norjul Aman. Mr.Rizwan. The entire staff was well versed with customer service at the desk. They guided us as and when required.

it was great stay. Mr.Sajid was very kind and helped us in smooth checked in.it was great stay and delicious breakfast.Mr hemant in resturant very helpful. area was good and convenient for travel parking is also good I will prefer this hotel in my every stay in surat.
