The room is clean and cozy. I really enjoy staying here. And the hotel has own coffee shop with you can get the discount of beverage.

Front service staffs do not friendly at all

For the price point, this location is really clean! Just that we arrived late at night and the counter lady had limited English command, so I had a bit of issue as I couldn’t get more info. But when I came down to get my grab food, I met with a gentleman who was very kind to show me all the complimentary items available 24/7 (like juice and drinks). If I have to have another stopover at Surat Thani, I’ll be back. Breakfast was provided too! Parking is available at the premises.

Good for stay for family here. Hotel located at the central of city, not far from night market and you can find local food around here.

Great place to stay really nice Hotel company design nice hot, powerful shower really comfy bed especially the pillows really friendly guests modern and met all my needs as an affordable price I would stay again

Excellent hub for travelers, Surat Thani has very few English speaking people, the staff here however have excellent English.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended! Super experience, thank you! 

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, close to restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, especially the chicken rice porridge. However, the soundproofing in the room is not very good, as outside noises can be heard.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. It's is 15 mins away from the night market and about a 10 min walk to seven eleven. I wouldn't stay here long term because it's not really great anything amazing, but it is good just for a quick transfer. Download the grab app and get a local phone number from the seven eleven to make moving around a lot easier. The hotel itself also offers boat and can transfers to the nearby islands so you don't need to buy it at the airport.

I stayed for 18 days and it was a great value for money! Room gets cleaned everyday, bottled water is provided after cleaning, and towels/sheets are changed after housekeeping. The staff are also friendly and approachable. One of the best places to stay in Surat Thani!
