Hilton Surfers Paradise Residences recensioner

Located in the center of Gold Coast next to the Surfers paradise beach with full of restaurants. Highly recommended to those first come to Gold Coast.

I absolutely loved it. It felt like home away from home. Immaculate apartment and enjoyed every moment. Super convenient location with EVERYTHING nearby. I’ll definitely look to book this next time I’m in the area

Was amazing

Disappointed with our stay at Hilton Surfers Paradise. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the experience was far below our expectations. Loud music from the surrounding area went on between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m., waking up our entire family several times throughout the night. It was very difficult to get proper rest. Also, we only received complimentary bottled water on the first day. After that, we were told to use the water dispenser, which didn’t feel appropriate for a hotel of this standard. Compared to our previous stay at Hilton Sydney, this was very disappointing in both service and overall comfort.

There was no wifi signal in the room and no IT Manager could help even I make complaint for three times

The location is very convenient, very close to both G-link and commercial buildings. Great time to travel to QLD with only 50c public transport.

Good located but the kitchen cooktop was difficult to use immediately, and ducted air conditioner was very difficult to use.

Had a great stay at the Hilton. Upon check in the washing machine, safe, and bedroom TV were not working. However maintenance was able to resolve all of the issues and reception apologized and provided a nice bottle of wine as compensation. That is great service. Many amenities at this property made it a great time as well. Extremely clean. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed. No other complaints just a good stay!

This was my second time staying with Hilton in Surfers Paradise, I chose the Ocean view so I was able to see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had great food at Ms Margot's Bar & Eats.
