Our stay was good. Kids enjoyed the waterpark and had so much fun.

Don’t worth it cz they charge for parking but it was in my booking even service was bad

Would definitely book again. Food was good. Staff were great. Only down side was could hear people walking around in room above and baby crying at 5am . Besides soundproofing everything was great.

There is false or potentially misleading information about parking. I was informed that no parking is available but was not told that parking is limited. I assumed that since the portal states "private parking is available," it meant parking was available for all guests.

I don't recommend booking this hotel. The room is super old. Everything feels broken the next second when you touch it. It even makes a loud noise when you take a shower. The hygiene is not clean. There are even various stains on the quilt. I also found dirt that others missed on the quilt. The kettle for boiling water will have black particles no matter how many times you boil it. The swimming pool facility is open to everyone whether you are a hotel guest or not. There are a lot of people. The swimming pool is also dirty. Even the food in the restaurant tastes terrible. So I don't recommend coming to this hotel. The only advantage is that the hotel staff are very friendly. The rest can only be said to be bad reviews.

The best resort we have ever been to! A paradise for both kids & adults. So many activities for parents and kids to do & waterpark & kids club was a hit! Cannot wait to come back again!

We stayed two nights as a family of four and we had a great time. The kids loved the lobby play area, water park, trampoline and giant chess. The parents loved the drinks from the bar, especially the fun frozen ones! The place is two blocks away from the beach and we walked there several times. We were also able to walk along the beach down to the center of town (about 20 minute walk). The size of the room was great and it was nice that the kids had their own room. The room could use an update but it was fine for what we needed. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave and sink. Overall, I would recommend this place for families.

Facilties and amenities are amazing for kids. Check in and out can be done online to speed things up. Layout of tha facility provides easy access around the resort

The room was too small for 5 people, I booked for an adult and for teenagers so we can say for 5 adults wasn’t that good
