 Check in and check out very quickly. Staff was very friendly apartment very clean. The location was perfect. The pool was wonderful.  for sure we’ll be staying again in this hotel. 

優點：公寓的位置很好，離Suffers Paradise 僅有3分鐘步行路程。公寓下方就是商場，有超市、餐廳、商店街。我們被分配的房間可以看到海岸，日出非常漂亮！ 缺點：公寓的整體硬體偏舊，地毯看著不太乾淨，床單有污點。 房間內附上的wifi連結無法使用，且房內電話是故障的，有任何缺失還得自己跑到隔壁棟的前台詢問，實在是太不方便了。

We were delighted with our well appointed 2 bed apartment. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The views we magnificent day and night. The very central location meant whatever we needed - supermarket, restaurants and the beach were right on our doorstep. We came by bus and the station was an easy 5min walk with our luggage.

Very disappointed with this place I rang before I booked and I asked about the difference between executive apartments and 1 bedroom apartment and was told executive apartments have been renovated in the last couple of years so booked a executive apartment when we got there I was shocked with our executive apartment it was so old stains on the couch and curtains holes in the curtains stains in the carpet out door furniture have rust all over it sliding door hard to close you had to lift it to close it the only thing good about this place is the pool area

Perfect location and amenities. Great size Pool's and Spa's. Walking distance to a great variety of restaurants, take away foods and shops. Room was a little tired looking and is in need of a freshen up. Glass doors were dirty and kitchen window was hard to open. Overall we had a great time and will be back.

We have stayed at the Paradise Centre Apartments multiple times now, and I don’t think we would ever stay anywhere else in the GC! The views are amazing, the apartments are large, and being able to catch the elevator from our floor straight into the mall is very convenient. The pool and gym are also some of the best I have seen in a hotel.

My partner and I stayed in room 2404, which is 24 stories high in the Allunga building. We couldn’t have found a better location in surfers paradise. Two bedrooms with a very spacious kitchen and lounge area leading onto the balcony which had an amazing view of the beach and the city. Also the kitchen window and bedroom balcony an awesome view of the Hinterlands. We got a lot of use out of the heated pool area and the tennis court. We will definitely be staying here for our future visits. 10/10 would recommend.

Booked two nights at Paradise Centre Apartments while visiting daughter from interstate. Used our Accor Plus membership and secured a great room with views of ocean on 28th floor. Ample room for two adults with huge kitchen and lounge/living area. Very clean and tidy. King size bed which was comfy. Suited our needs and was in an ideal location with easy access to main strip of Surfers Paradise. Recommend.

Heartist review here :) I’m utterly disappointed with the room I was given because it is completely different from the pictures on the Accor website. I booked the executive room and it feels like I was staying in the old un-refurbished room. I came back to the reception right after I saw the old tired dusty room and the nice lady said she couldn’t do anything since the room was sold out and if I wanted to complain I have to come back again the next day and speak to the manager and she couldn’t do anything about it, despite telling her a few times that my schedule in Goldcoast is packed and I couldn’t bother to come for complain the next day. She also admitted that they don’t even have the room advertised on the Accor website anymore and that the rooms all have different decorations and configurations, so I have to come and try the next day to get a ‘better’ room which is absolutely a joke to Accor’s standards (huge false advertisement). On the other hand, I booked the room months prior to the stay and emailed the reservations from the Accor website 3 times before the stay to let them know that I’m staying for my birthday trip and it’s my first time in Goldcoast to ask for a nice room. I didn’t even get a reply back from them and to have this experience with the room is deeply frustrating. I will never return and will warn anyone to never stay in this hotel:)

The staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating, it was a special trip for my mum and our first room had no view on a lower floor. I asked if there was a chance to be moved to a higher floor which the lady at reception sorted for us and found us an amazing room for our 6 night stay. The location was perfect aswell, right in the heart of surfers. We will definatley be back. :))

Sad to say we would have preferred to stay home or camp around the pool. Room and balcony untidy, room outdated and needing repairs and updating. Doors to balcony worn down so they wouldn’t open and seals of them not adequate, allowing insects in. Stains on one of the sheets of the bed. Thankfully didn’t need that bed. Not happy with the noise of the air conditioning and then the fire alarm been set off at 1 in the morning for no reason. Both my daughter’s, 11 months and 3 waking up to it. Two out of the three tvs not working for the duration of our stay. Rusted and worn down shower and bath. Made it unappealing and concerning to bath/ shower my girls. On a postive note. Pool was amazing though, we enjoyed our time there.

We come every year to Gold Coast this by far has been the best apartment we have stayed in. It was handy having Woolworths right under us along side all the other fancy shops and Main Street Very Clean apartment Friendly and welcoming staff Will definitely be back next year !

First time here and we were really happy with the efficient service and of course the view, will return but for longer later in the year. Kids loved the pool and the location for shopping made it easy as we didn't have a car, walking distance for all we needed and easy to get an uber to the airport.

If you are wanting a gym facility during your stay/holiday this is the place to book. The gyms were 11 out of 10. The pools, one heated, one not cater for the hot or colder days amd the bbq area/party house was a great surprise. All areas are well maintained and very clean. The apartment is generous in size, a little dated but was furnished nicely.
