Surfside is a family beach. our condo is perfect for 2 adults. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent and stay. This is not a party place. No smoking, vaping, parties, loud noise, or pets allowed. We love service animals and everything they do to support their owner, however, there are family members here with respiratory and other health issues that do not allow us to except service animals at this time.
