Do not go to this hotel! The management is a pathological liar. Cut off a day short my stay as early as 9am because the water from tap smells bad. And they told me to communicate with the online app I booked because they would just have approved it from their end but they did not. Trip.com relayed to me that these liars said they declined my refund request. I asked them twice specifically if they would approve it before I left and said they would. But they did not and are still insisting. Scammers!
