Best Western Plus Hotel Stellar recensioner

My whole family stay there for 4 days, their staff are very friendly and assist us to move the luggage due to the stairs and wheelchair issue. Meanwhile the room is quite big and comfortable. The overall experience is very good~

Wonderful place. If i have to choose weakness, entrance is very small.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Customer service was excellent and very friendly. The suite was very modern, clean and tidy. All the amenities were excellent. Best hotel that I’ve stayed at. The cafe was excellent and delicious food and service. Will definitely stay there again.

All staffs are very kind and grateful Also room is quite big looks like resident hotel and Tv casting service is so good I watched Neflix with sister Bathroom also very clean but toilet water pressure was not good All good thank you :)

First, the hotel location is convenient and near Hyde Park, you can just walk down the streets to city center. Also, the hotel breakfast (a small cafe) is quite nice and cheap but tasty. However, it is not convenient that the cables are not right next to beds.

房間整體還是不錯的，工作人員服務態度也不錯，洗衣房投幣又方便，體驗感還是不做的。

房間大，衛生好，附近有小型超市、便利店、餐廳。步行可到地鐵站和各大景點，很方便。退房後可以寄存行李繼續玩

內部環境太差了，又破又舊，衞生間讓人連洗澡豆不敢洗不想洗，還那麼貴，不推薦入住

在市中心，酒店地理位置出行非常方便，旁邊的停車場有服務人員帶領，另外房間配有廚房，可以簡單自製三明治或咖啡，很舒服，價格相對比較合理，很推薦！

地方很中心，房間比較小，車庫更加小

本次澳洲旅行第二次入住，是在第一次確認不錯之後才定的。很好！
