Hotel Del Medio

Highly recommended!!!. Location for this hotel is only meters away from the beautiful and peaceful Sutomore beach. Ideal for winter or summer vacations either for solo travellers, couples or families. They served delicious and variety choices of healthty breakfast. Gym is also available on the ground floor. Staff were very helpful and speak English. All rooms were spacious and extremely value for money. We were thankful upgraded to the Presidential Suit/ penthouse on the 8th floor, you can experience almost 360° beautiful panorama hills, and Seaview uninterrupted. Additionally, Sutomore is only minutes away to the old city Bar, starigrad , Dobravoda and Sveti Stevan.

We stayed at Hotel del Medio from May 14 to 16 in a Half Lux room, and had a really lovely time overall. The view from our room was absolutely stunning—waking up to that landscape each morning felt like a dream. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of those little moments that will stick with us. The pool was another highlight: clean, spacious, and with plenty of loungers to relax. We spent a good amount of time there just soaking in the calm atmosphere. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with fresh pastries, fruit, eggs made to order—and most importantly (for my spouse at least)—excellent coffee. Now, my partner is a serious coffee enthusiast and notoriously hard to please when it comes to hotel coffee. But even he gave a rare compliment to the in-room coffee machine and the quality beans provided. That’s saying something! There were a couple of small drawbacks. One afternoon was rainy, so we stayed indoors more than we would’ve liked. Also, the city is already getting quite busy—lots of tourists and packed streets in the evening, which took away a bit from the relaxed vibe we were hoping for. Still, the Half Lux room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely consider coming back—maybe a little earlier or later in the season to avoid the crowds. All in all, a great mix of comfort, scenery, and surprisingly good coffee!

Not reviewing the hotel but the restaurant Habana underneath it. I passed the hotel and restaurant daily and the restaurant never seemed busy after having a few bad meals on the sea front I decided to try there as I was sick of pasta and pizza. They had burgers advertised. They take card payments and I got a seat straight away. Dearest pint/ 500mls I have got here so far€4.50 for 500mls of Tugburg. My burger arrived and it was tiny, thinner than a McDonald's burger it's size masked by the large amount of beef tomato on the burger. It had cheese, lettuce or a bun similar to a brioche bun. The bun disinterested due to all the moisture from the tomato. The burger was cooked way too long for such a thin burger. I would say a flash in the pan would have been ample. So I would avoid dining here, well eating a burger. They seemed to be selling a lot of pizzas. The staff were nice but my waiter dropped the burger and did not come back I would have enjoyed some ketchup or mayonnaise with my burger but they were nowhere to be seen. As stated above reviewing the restaurant not the hotel.

Hotel ist modern. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war schön gross. Der safe hat nicht funktioniert, Techniker kam leider nicht. Tisch war schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Leider keim Mülleimer im Zimmer. Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und die Berge war der Hammer. Bett war bequem. Der schlafsessel ebenfalls. Bad war auch sehr gross. Dusche schon leicht rostig und die Dusche schloss nicht richtig. Reinigung ist ausbaufähig. Staubsauger könnte mehr genutzt werden. Hatten immer noch Sand im Zimmer nach der Reinigung. Es wurde jeden Tag Duschgel nachgepackt. Pool war schon geschlossen sowie gym und Dachterrasse. Sehr schade. Hätten gerne mal einen Blick auf die Umgebung von ganz oben geworfen. Frühstück ist so lala gewesen. 3 Sorten Obst. Jeden Tag das gleiche. Keine Brötchen, joghurt oder quark. Also etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre toll gewesen.Nur toast gab es jeden tag. Küchenfee war sehr unfreundlich. Hat uns immer sehr böse und genervt angeguckt. Dafür waren die Mädels am Empfang immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
