The hotel is small but since it was a nearby hotel to my relatives in Sutton Coldfield. However, overall the hotel is not bad and quiet, the restaurant provides a wide variety of British brewage

Good customer service. Quick check in. Ample free car parking! Good size mugs for tea:coffee which is rare in hotels and free extra coffee/sugar/milk etc which you can help yourself to in reception ! Spacious room. Really comfy beds and pillows. For a reasonably priced hotel this is good value and I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Stayed weekend with partner, had a lovely time, room was very clean, met Kathy who was so helpful, we enjoyed the pub next door really chilled atmosphere, if anything needs looking at it would be the car park, but other than that it was a lovely Cheers premier Inn

We needed a place to stay for the night after complications with another hotel. Luckily we were able to get a room. The room was of the usual quality of a Premier Inn. However, the on desk staff Kathy was fantastic. She was kind, welcoming and accommodating. If there was anything we needed Kathy went out of her way to help. Even information on breakfast and parking. After arriving late at night we surprised and wowed by the top customer service we received. We would go back again just to see Kathy again!

Nice bed and bathroom but the heating was poor. Definitely wouldn't recommend in icy weather. No lift either so with a toddler can be an effort on the steep stairs. Didn't see anyone at reception on one occasion when we wanted some clean mugs.

Loved my stay here Kerry at recipition was so helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay with all the pleasant staff. Will definitely be coming back to stay in this hotel again with the best staff Lots of parking and ample things to do locally.

Arrived at Premier Inn Sutton Coldfield and had requested early check in. Kerry at check in was fabulous and confirmed this for us - we arrived prior to 12pm and got checked in even earlier. Rooms spotless and super comfy! Check out is 12pm which is also fabulous! Will definitely be back Thank you!!

Always a pleasure to stay here KERRY always goes above and beyond to help and always greets me with a smile and can’t do enough to make the stay pleasant. My room is always clean and comfortable the towels get changed and the bed always freshly made and coffee tea + milk replenished

Kerry on reception was very helpful in sorting our booking out and making sure we got the rooms we wanted etc and also got us a room with a shower, we are staying for 2 months as we are working away so far everything has been great, the pub next door is also very good with plenty of food options.
