We booked for 2 days and paid $260. The room was pathetic, sofa and chairs outside were torn, pool was filthy. The worst experience in my life!!! We requested for a refund and also filled in the refund form and was told to get it by Friday, and now upon follow up I'm finding out that they have nothing submitted. We gave our refund form to Adi (receptionist) The receptionist were rude. I just want someone to look into the refund process Booking Name: Ronisha
