M Social Hotel Suzhou recensioner

Nice room and nice food. We’ve had a buffet dinner with very reasonable price. Services are good too. Taxi is not arriving at the front door of the hotel at all. We need to walk to 久光department store for taxi.

New business hotel by the lake, well equipped with gym, pool and bar. Only drawback is that there is no route for taxi pick up / drop off, but we got the hang of it afterwards, only need a short walk from the main road. Clean and comfy. Staff is well trained, but was unable to deal with the problem with the TV being unable to connect with our devices for screen share, not a big deal tbh

I think the place is quiet, suitable for family trips, new and clean, suitable for relaxation, the staff takes good care of us. If I have a chance, I will come again and stay in a room with a lake view.

An overnight stay at M Social in Suzhou turned out to be one of my most pleasant hotel experiences .  Having read some of the comments from Trip.com, I honestly wanted to just try my luck and ended up being generously upgraded to a suite by the front desk with a fantastic panoramic view of the lake. I was simply impressed by the overall service quality and AI infused amenities of this hotel. What’s more, I got a call from the hotel after checking out, informing me that I left something in the room which I didn’t want but forgot to placed it in the bin. They were even willing to courier it to me upon my wish. All above would make me want to go back again for sure. After all, the hotel is so close to the metro station, literally door to door service if travelling by high speed train from inter cities or provinces. Its surrendering environment is also ideal for all types of travellers to potter round.

The hotel is in a great location overlooking one of the two big lakes and within a kilometer of a subway station. The lobby is on the 25th floor. The rooms are big and ours was overlooking the lake. The breakfast is amazing and you can use the gym, pool and sauna. When coming to Suzhou, be sure to check this place!

Great stay! Had an issue with the booking, but the front office staff did super well with handling the situation. Breakfast was really good, very diverse and good quality. Only coffee tasted a bit off. The hotel has a great view over the city and the extra facilities are top notch. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel has a loft-style design with many eclectic screens that can be seen everywhere. However, it did not meet my expectations for this brand - M Social. I did not feel any social connection. Although I received a call from the Guest Experience Manager before my arrival and provided an arrival time, there was no welcome upon check-in. The check-in process was easy, but the room was very simple with no outstanding features that I can share with you on Ctrip. The key issues are that the air conditioning did not warm the room, the combination of the bathtub and shower was not very convenient, and the bed mattress was too firm. The lobby was also too small. The restaurant did not have too many choices, but it was okay for me, if they could add more gym food and fresh juice with less sugar that would be better.. For M Social no feel the social
