The staff is friendly and helpful. This room is spacious and i would definitely visit again. I’m so lucky that they free upgrade the room type for me

Our stay at Xingle Hotel was a remarkable experience. We could not have asked for a better first experience in China. The rooms are spacious, clean and super cozy, we felt right at home. The staff are attentive and helpful and you can communicate with them in English. The Hotel has its own bakery that has amazing goods they bake every day as well as coffee. The hotel offered a guided tour through the ancient city of Suzhou, which allowed us to know about the history of this beautiful city, we loved it. The location is magnificent, close to Pingjiang Road, and easily accessible by metro (5 min to the closest station). We are super pleased to have chosen Xingle Hotel as our accommodation in Suzhou, do not hesitate to book your stay at this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and I slept very well. The location is near the metro so it is very convenient. I am truly satisfied, would definitely come again!

Very clean hotel, located strategically near to many attractions, walking distance to Pingjiang road and line 1 metro is just few minutes away. Small boutique hotel but excellent services provided. They helped us with our laundry when we were stuck at the ancient streets. Comfortable bed.

Room is clean, location is good too! It is also a mini bakery and the pastries were good! Recommended to stay here when you visit Suzhou!

Welcome bread was given upon arrival. Bread taste was nice and there are many of bread in the shop can purchase. The room is big and clean. We are really satisfied of the room, the staff was nice also. There is a projector on the screen can watch drama. I could stay in for the wholeday. The toilet was big and the toilet seat is auto flush. Night time there are really silent and we are able to sleep well. It was so convenient to travel around the place. If travel to Su Zhou again definitely will choose this hotel again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very nice place! The room is spacious, very clean, excellent service, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and the location is convenient, close to attractions. I'd highly recommend this place and will come again next time!!! Thank you to all the staff, we really enjoyed staying here :)

The room is clean and comfortable for staying. Location also quite convenient to take the public transport. The most impressive service will be the short tour guide to visit the famous spot nearby the hotel. I would like to recommend to those solo travelers, or two to three travelers to choose this hotel.

Double room is spacious enough for Two pieces suitcase. It very modern toilet facilites and big rain shower head.

pretty good and convenient stay provided 1x bread as check in gift stayed on the 2nd floor facing the main road, it was rly noisy hearing the musical cars (delivery drivers) everything is as expected in the pictures! :)

Excellent Stay at Suzhou Xingle Hotel! My stay at Suzhou Xingle Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect—just a short walking distance to the metro station, Guanqian Street, and the famous Shuangta Market. Everything was so convenient! The room was clean and cozy, with thoughtful amenities like tea bags, disposable slippers, and toiletries. Daily room service was a nice touch, making the stay even more comfortable. A big shout-out to the delicious egg pancake stall downstairs—it became my go-to breakfast! The bakery was located at the lobby of hotel and was opened 24 hours.

I am very satisfied with my four-night stay at Xingle Hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location, about 100 meters from the metro station, less than 10 minutes walk to Pingjiang Road (平江路) and about half a hour's walk to Zhuozheng Yuan (拙政园) and Suzhou Museum。The hotel is clean and neatly decorated, with friendly staffs providing me with advice on local sights and attractions. I highly recommend the hotel.
