Crystal Orange Hotel Suzhou Guanqian Street

Great location next to the metro (make sure u go to the exit 6 zone ticket gate before tapping out) and very close to the 光前main shopping street. Staff were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful service. Our 3 rooms were great and very newly refurbished and modern. Smart automation of lights and curtains were great. High quality furnishings and amenities such as push button shower controls, mineral water and hand poured coffee. Check in and checkout was smooth and nice touches as souvenir, tea and offer of bottled water when leaving. Highly recommended

I am 100% satisfied with the hotel. The staff at the Reception were enthusiastic and even gave me a room upgrade. Hence, room was very spacious with a convenient big table and sofa. Beds also very comfortable. Little thoughtful touches like free biscuits with the coffee n tea sachets, the coffee got the drip type with the fancy glass utensil. There was also crystals in a jar beside the bed, but actually is it for good energy or was there any fragrance, I'm not sure. But I appreciate their thought. For breakfast, the fruits section, also got small mangoes that are in season, something different from the standard watermelon and honey dew. When we checked out, they even gave us a small scarf and bottled water. Tip: The location is just beside metro entrance on the right and towards the behind left, many shops along roads leading to nearby famous vibrant Guanqian Street. As it was scampi season, locals call it small lobsters, the eateries there cook it so well, probably because their scampi was live and of good species.

Hotel is just next to Leqiao Metro Station, excellent location. Room is nicely renovated with super big TV. Excellent service by the staff. Worth the value.

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.
