5-Star Experience at INDIGO Jinji Lake:

My stay at INDIGO Jinji Lake was nothing short of magical, thanks to the outstanding service of Scott, our dedicated concierge. From the moment we arrived, Scott went above and beyond—personally greeting us with warmth, upgrading our reservation to a panoramic-suite with floor-to-ceiling views of the iconic Golden Rooster Lake and the Suzhou Ferris Wheel, and ensuring every detail of our trip was flawless. His proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm made us feel like VIPs.
The suite itself was a standout: sleek modern design blended with subtle Suzhou-inspired elements, while the lake-view bathroom offered breathtaking vistas day and night. Scott even arranged a private stroll along the lakeside and recommended hidden gems nearby.

Quite new hotel with a fantastic view to Jinji lake and Ferris wheel! All friendly staffs were very attentive and helpful. Room was quite spacious and very comfortable. And we especially enjoyed our breakfast!! We will visit again soon.

Location of the hotel quite good, close to the railway station, Jinji lake, and many shopping areas and restaurants. The hotel was very modern and comfortable and the staff was friendly, although we did ask for some ice which took over 20 minutes to be delivered to our room. Breakfast selection is above average but the seating arrangement of the dining area is a bit strange and cluttered. Aside from these minor problems, it was overall still a great experience.

The hotel is new and its design is modern with great smell. Staffs were friendly and offered assistance all the time even some of them couldn't speak English, really appreciate it. Room was so clean, bed and pillows are soft and support sleeping very well. Breakfast were assortment of foods and delicious. I personally loved hotel environment with peaceful and calm vibe. Facilities were hygiene, especially swimming pool. The closest metro is about 300-500 m. far which is not an issue for me.

It was a wonderful experience with Hotel Indigo Jinji Lake Suzhou! The hotel is nearby the lake and the staff there were nice and very helpful indeed! The room is spacious and the shower area is modern and clean!

What an amazing experience, the room was beautiful and it smelled so good. The service was implacable plus the stuff could speak English which made communication so easy. I see myself coming back here.

My stay at the Hotel Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake was great . The location is nice , hotel decoration is beautiful and their service is good too . Food in their restaurant are delicious .
Will definitely come back next time .
