What an amazing experience, the room was beautiful and it smelled so good. The service was implacable plus the stuff could speak English which made communication so easy. I see myself coming back here.

My stay at the Hotel Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake was great . The location is nice , hotel decoration is beautiful and their service is good too . Food in their restaurant are delicious .
Will definitely come back next time .

Very nice hotel with beautiful design and Jinji lake view. The location is close to many nice restaurants. The service team was very friendly and supportive. I would definitely book it again.

過生日選擇了金雞湖英迪格。前一天前調電話問候，管家Scott加了微信，發送了很詳細的攻略。
金雞湖景套房真的令人眼前一亮，90平方米，三塊很清晰的區域，客廳、卧室和洗浴，每間房都朝向金雞湖，摩天輪和東方之門同框。客廳窗上有手繪圖案和倷好。提前安排了生日佈置，卡片是手寫的，真的很用心。送來的蛋糕真的超級大，非常感謝。業主很大方，配置很高，吹風機戴森，洗浴備品是蒂普提克，礦泉水5100。巨大的圓形浴缸，泡澡時尚金雞湖景美滋滋。
早餐在一樓餐廳，餐廳很有設計感，取餐區和座位區域交替穿插，温馨私密。種類雖不算很多，但質量很不錯。
泳池和健身房在地下一層。恆温泳池，乾淨夠大，早九點到晚九點開放。健身房不大，24小時開放。
酒店住客可以在前台登記，免費借用很復古設計的自行車騎行金雞湖畔，不過天有點冷，我們就沒去。
感謝遇見的每位工作人員，這個生日過得超級開心。

酒店地理位置優越，面向金機湖，房間陽台很大，工作人員都很熱情，主動打招呼，餐廳環境優雅，早餐很豐盛。酒店管家Scott，和前台的一位小姑娘，還有小張在入住期間都給予了細緻周到的服務，以後來蘇州還會選擇再次入住這家酒店
