The room was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were welcoming. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the metro station and close to Guanjieqian.

I recently stayed at Home Inn Selected in Suzhou and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable — just about 100 meters from the train station, which is perfect for travelers coming in or heading out. The area is full of great local restaurants and milk tea shops, so food and drinks are always within easy reach. One standout feature is the smart robot delivery service — it brings food or other items directly to your room, which is both efficient and fun to watch in action. The hotel also offers free laundry service, which is incredibly convenient, especially for longer stays or those traveling light. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value and thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Suzhou.

Good location, nearby Guan Qian Street. However, do need to cross guan qian jie via metro underway exit 2. The hotel is located bear exit 1b. Quiet night, i have a good sleep here. Laundry service provided for free, this is a bonus!

Located near metro station, but hotel entrance is not easy to find. Overall good value for money.

Very centrally located, just opposite the Quanqian St. At the same time, away from main road hence very quiet. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

Small room but yet comfortable. Easy accessible and near to Guan Qian Street.

Staff are very nice. Location near Pinjiang Road, subway. Very convenient. The breakfast is not many food but have enough western and Chinese style. But the outside hotel’s name should add English name to easy to find.

Location is ok, but easily will miss the entrance as there is no english sign board.

It's near by MRT. Good service. Friendly employee. Room is clean. The wall is a bit old but it's okay. The hotel is about 50m from road.

Hotel is located right in the heart of Suzhou which is very convenient if you came sightseeing. The longest food street I’ve seen is located just around the corner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I purchased breakfast separately, it cost only 38 yuan and contained everything I wanted - from porridge and main course to coffee and desserts. Of you decide to order food from any of the restaurants nearby, it will be delivered right to your room by a cute robot. I really loved the convenience of it.
