We have a wonderful stay at Huamao Gusuli service apartment, the suite was clean and comfortable, there are washer with dryer, very big kids playground which open until 9 pm. The apartment is close to CC mall, you can find many restaurants there. You can also walk to MRT or Scenic old town. Many thanks to Mr. Wang for great services and very helpful advice. highly recommend for family with kids.

We had a fantastic stay at Suzhou Gusuli. The hotel was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient—right across from a mall, making dining and shopping super easy. The service really stood out; the staff were so helpful, even lending us their local number to help us order *******. The only small thing missing was a full-length mirror in the room, but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again!

Great service from front desk managers, very helpful. Location is good, has a mall opposite and 10-15 minutes walk to the popular Shantang Street. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Family had an excellent stay at the hotel. Services provided is really good. And the staff at the reception is really welcoming and helpful. Kudos to Wang xiao jue who is really helpful with all my queries. Definitely recommend to all future tourist who is looking at travelling to shantang street 🙂

Had a wonderful stay at this Serviced Apartment in Suzhou! The location is ideal—right next to Shantang Street, perfect for exploring the old town. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We especially loved the beautiful Violet garden (紫芝园）within the compound—so peaceful and charming. There’s also a kid-friendly playground and an indoor swimming pool, which made it a great choice for families. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Suzhou! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hotel, got upgraded to two bedroom apartment with amazing view. Good service, had complementary snacks and afternoon tea pastries. Breakfast had various dishes. Reception is helpful, Wei Xiangju is very nice and friendly.

An absolutely wonderful hotel. We loved that the staff spoke English and they were always so helpful and friendly. The garden at the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. It’s so close to all the beautiful attractions and the mall across the road is so convenient. We will definitely return

Great place to stay with friends and/or family! Got a free upgrade to a larger apartment. The whole apartment was really clean with alot of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. There is also a Zizhiyuan garden onsite that is beautifully reconstructed/refurbished and would be great for pictures. The hotel breakfast is delicious and the hotel is located opposite a mall with many food options.

Amazing! The room that we got is so spacious and clean. They even have this machine that can disinfect jackets. It is like a luxury home away from home. My kids love staying here so much. Breakfast is good and has many varieties. Location wise, very strategic too, close to shantang st and other attractions in suzhou. The hospitality is amazing. Checking in and out were all done super fast. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Ms Wei Xiang Ju from the front desk, who went above and beyond in helping us with our luggage and accompanying us waiting for our ride. Everything is so amazing that I changed my parents' hotel to this one when they are visiting suzhou next week.
