Excellent experience here as the hotel staff are extremely helpful with all of our queries! Location is perfect, with pretty good restaurant and train station just across the road, and the famous Ping Jiang Road is just within 5 minutes walk. The room is very clean and plenty of movies and songs to select from. The hotel had also gifted 2 bottles of starbucks coffee and a box of osmanthus cookies during the checkout. Would have given a 6 stars if allowed !

Staff are super friendly and nice!! Rooms are clean and hi-tech except toilet and bathroom, has no privacy. Overall experience is GOOD! Location; not able to comment as I have booked private transport for my trip.

Excellent location, within walking distance to Ping Jiang Road and Guan Qian Street, and also ＜ 5 minutes walking distance away from the Lindun Road station (exit 5). The interior is modern and well maintained, and the hotel room is very comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. The staff members are attentive and warm, and will address any issues promptly and efficiently. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel, as staying here provides a great and memorable experience for our Suzhou trip!

This new hotel has everything you want for a comfortable stay in Suzhou. The hotel is newly furnished and comes with smart home features in the room. I chose the projector room which let's me watch shows and movies. The hotel also includes free use of their laundry and dryer machines. The service staff also provides excellent service - incredibly attentive and caring. I highly recommend this hotel.

Simple yet beautiful hotel located in a very strategic location. Nearby metro station 临顿路，walking distance to 平江路 and 观前街。Staffs were really helpful. We were given quite a few small toys for our 18-month old, and they also helped us with our luggage. Location is also convenient for Didi car pick-ups. The room is clean, but the table in the room is very light so it toppled/moved very easily when our kid pushed it. The floor in front of the bathroom was a little bit slippery when we have our floor towel, so be extra careful and remove the floor towel elsewhere once everyone finish taking a shower. Electrical outlets were not universal, but the hotel has converters we could borrow. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

We had a great stay here! The room was modern and equipped with smart controls, making everything super convenient. Loved the little private garden — such a nice touch for relaxing. All the drinks in the fridge were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

The exterior and interior of the place was so modern and clean, while the staff are super friendly and helpful, best hotel and hotel staff ever! location is amazing too, minutes walk away from PingJiang road and Guanqian street. The staff were the superstars of the hotel, every single one of them goes the extra mile, exceed expectations and surprises us with their personalised service. Location is good. Free self svc laundry facilities. Room sound proofing is not too good, could hear corridor activities clearly. 小安小安isn't too intuitive, often could not understand us. Highly recommended.

The hotel is strategically located near Guanqian Street, Pingjiang Road, Shizilin etc. Lindu Lu metro station is just opposite the hotel, providing easy access to Suzhou’s attractions. I had a very good stay at Anshe Hotel in Suzhou. The hotel is new, built just last year so everything is modern and clean. My room was very nice and super clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They even recommended good food places nearby. I also liked the face recognition lock, it was very convenient because I didn’t need to carry a keycard. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel!
