Tongli Lake Resort (Phase II) recensioner

Clean and comfortable hotel. Good location and near the tourist attraction.

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

This resort is truly an amazing place to visit in Suzhou. Very clean , beautiful and children oriented. There are hardly any part of it that doesn’t have any activity for babies. The behaviours of staffs are also up to the mark and more specifically the lady named Yu Ting was very co-operative.

感覺春節還沒過夠，就拖家帶口再來心願清單的同裏湖酒店再來休閑一下。上海過來非常方便，蘇州南站下來打車半小時就到。酒店的服務非常棒，免費升級了豪華套房，小朋友超開心。泳池也有專門的小童 池，還很貼心的小童池水温高一點。管家餘婷很貼心，各項遊玩訊息及時告知，有需要的服務也很快響應。還有水果、牛奶、小餅乾、泡腳盆、泡腳粉，浴缸袋這些服務都比較超出預期。遊樂設施也比較多，有部分略有點點舊和小，但小朋友也夠玩（適合小小朋友），大一點的小朋友還有可以做手工，收費的但價格不算貴。如果天氣暖和就更完美，等天氣好了再約朋友們來！

第二次來同裏湖度假村，和上次一樣入住二期，房間寬敞，幼兒活動空間多。衞生間有淋浴和浴缸，智能馬桶。特別是到酒店時送我們到房間的餘婷恰到好處的熱情，真誠的態度，第一時間給我們留下了極好的印象，第二次餘婷化身小火車司機對小孩子的親和力和耐心是極好。會再來。

真的很喜歡同裏古鎮，小橋流水人家的江南水鄉具象化了，這次的旅行總體很快樂，酒店的服務很好，管家餘婷也很貼心。 1.管家有提前聯絡問有什麼需求，給床鋪裝了圍欄，提供了小被子和小童牙具。回覆消息都比較及時 2.度假村允許放煙花，小朋友很歡樂。 3.晚上有免費的小米粥和銀耳羹可以享用。 4.度假村的小火車，餵動物小朋友很喜歡 5.臨走管家送了小朋友玩偶。 不足：酒店設施相對有點舊了，房間設施不是智能的，沙發上有明顯污漬，淋雨的噴頭開關使用起來不是很方便，一不小心淋了一頭冷水，點外賣需要自己去大堂取。

一直刷到酒店適合親子的推薦，體驗後感覺一般。 先説有待改善的部分： 硬件設施老化。浴缸的旋鈕是擺設，電視機的遙控器非要離機頂盒三米內才有反映。室內的蹦床海洋球，同樣是破破爛爛。 衞生不行。床邊還遺留上家的頭繩……玻璃架上一層灰。 好的部分：服務確實不錯，親切有禮。游泳池有小孩泡池，水温合適。 總的來説，五星級的價格，不到五星級的體驗，親子體驗也被各種收費項目打了折扣。

陪父母春節出來小住兩天。酒店的服務非常不錯，工作人員都很熱情，我的管家美女餘婷小姐春節一直在上班，每天身兼數職，提供從酒店到電瓶車、小火車各項服務。真的是優秀的多面手！她的服務留下了美好的印象😊 酒店環境不錯，適合散步休閑，設施也比較完善，遊樂設施是個大亮點！推薦酒店的同裏一號，味道不錯，如果不去周邊的古鎮，是用餐的選擇。值得再來！

來之前做了很多攻略，網上的評論居然差評和好評一片，心裏還是蠻忐忑，最終還是還是決定試一試。住了兩晚，從一下車就驚艷到了，工作人員很暖心，天氣冷站在外面開車門迎接，一路送到房間，非常棒的服務。 設施：設施齊全，提供了成人和小童的用具。 衞生：酒店客觀來講不是很新，硬件沒有很現代，但是很乾凈，相比民宿，帶孩子更適合成熟的酒店，更方便衞生。清潔人員也很勤快，用具隨便用。 環境：很大的遊樂場，足夠8歲以下的孩子玩個夠，還有市外空間遊樂場，遊船，恆温泳池，滿足孩子需求。 自助早餐很棒，種類多，孩子喜歡。 服務：管家服務非常棒，為我們服務的叫康文傑，我們有任何問題都是他幫助解決的，非常貼心。 運氣好，遇到一個滿意的酒店，吃好睡好玩的好，祝福！！

帶小朋友來住同裏湖度假村，房間視野超級棒。打掃衞生的張阿姨也特別好，幫我們刷了鞋。酒店小朋友玩樂超級多，離同裏古鎮也很近。餘婷管家小姐姐服務也很好。

同裏度假村已經看了很多次，終於有時間來了。大堂和環境優雅別緻，服務態度很滿意，接待禮貌。前台服務人員很熱情周到，酒店管家也是服務到家，關懷每日的入住體驗，提前告知，親切友好。房間入住乾淨衞生,考慮周全，小朋友入住拖鞋，板凳，洗漱用具等都很方便且周到。小朋友利用大大的浴缸還泡了一個澡。 房屋窗外就是風景，非常的愜意。 度假村環境也是很棒，有很多適合小朋友的娛樂活動，酒店內也有很多玩樂的設施，如果夏天來肯定更好，下次再來夏天體驗一次。 早餐和晚餐酒店都有自助，自助很豐富，適合小朋友吃的也很豐富，紅湯蘇式麪很好吃，可惜這次早餐下來的晚了，小朋友想吃的華夫餅沒趕上，下次可以再來吃。晚上到酒店後還有免費的晚安粥，可以看得出來很用心很貼心的酒店服務。 晚上夜遊同裏古鎮走路也很方便哦。 總體非常滿意。

寒假帶小朋友去玩了兩天，酒店不錯很大，環境也很好臨湖散步很舒服。給我印象最深的是管家“曉宇”，全程貼心服務，有求必應，非常貼心，讓人賓至如歸，期待下次相遇！

服務員態度都很好，從入住開始享受了很好的服務。入住當天恰逢生日，還準備了房間驚喜和蛋糕。退房還有小禮物。很感謝！還有室外小童探險樂園，工作人員很仔細，保護小朋友，陪小朋友一起玩。餵食小動物，有提供胡蘿蔔🥕。非常好的體驗

同裏湖度假村真是親子游的理想之地！活動豐富多彩，桌球、小童樂園等設施讓孩子們玩得不亦樂乎。特別要提的是，管家餘婷的服務真是太到位了，細心周到，讓我們感受到了家的温暖。最令人驚喜的是，酒店最後還贈送了旅拍服務，攝影師技術高超，給我們全家拍了一張超棒的集體照，留下了美好的回憶。強烈推薦給各位想要親子游的家長們！
